Knobby Tire Gets Wicked!

This year's Knobby Tire Ride & Roll (KTRR) we are excited to be returning to the Wicked Ride of the East on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 in Andover, MA! We hope you can join us and hundreds of other mountain bikers at the Wicked Ride of East from 9am- 3pm, hosted by the North Shore Chapter of New England Mountain Bike Association at Harold Parker State Forest in Andover, MA! Spaulding Adaptive Sports and Waypoint Adventures will be bringing equipment to try out as we usually do at our events. If you have a specific type of equipment that you'd like try out send us a message here and we'll do our best to provide it. Raising awareness for inclusive trail use will again be a focus at this event which is attended by both adaptive and upright riders, and is a key part of the KTRR mission!

You may be asking yourself, what about fundraising for Empower SCI? Well, we are bringing back our Knobby Ride-A-Thon! For registration, please check out our event on Bikereg! Stay tuned for more info on how to donate, join a fundraising team, or start your own!

Remember to register if you're interested in riding with us at the Wicked Ride!

Thank you to Lee Hollenbeck (who has been our #1 supporter since the beginning) and the rest of the North Shore Chapter for letting us be a part of this year's Wicked Ride and all your support over the years!

Thom from Dirt WireTV made this awesome video for us which captures exactly what KTRR is all about!

We get people back on the trails, no matter the ability

Not everyone has the knowledge, equipment, or ability to get out into nature and on the trails.  Our event brings people together for one cause- to get people outside, no matter what ability level.  Our Knobby Tire Ride and Roll is open to all abilities, with group rides for the beginner, adaptive equipment and instruction for those with physical limitations, and marked trails for the experienced rider.  Come on out for music, raffles, food, and rides, all for a great cause.  All proceeds go to benefit individuals with spinal cord injuries through Empower Spinal Cord Injury, Inc.
